Alex Maizuss is a highly regarded Mindfulness Intervention expert and mindfulness-based corporate advisor. With training in Hakomi (Mindfulness-Centered Somatic Psychotherapy), and certifications in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), mPEAK (Mindful Performance Enhancement, Awareness, and Knowledge), and CI (Compassionate Inquiry®), Alex brings a unique blend of deep knowledge, professionalism, and compassion to her work.

Before excelling as a mindfulness-based corporate advisor, Alex dedicated over a decade to the aerospace and financial sectors. As an engineer, she oversaw diverse projects, from space shuttles to financial models. Alex credits mindfulness for her achievements, providing crucial support while overcoming setbacks from Ehler-Danlos Syndrome.

She is characterized by her sharp attention, deep curiosity, humble presence, kind sense of humor, and natural friendliness.

She played a pivotal role in establishing the prestigious USC Center for Mindfulness Science. As a member of the steering committee, her influence continues to support the center's groundbreaking work through her contributions toward research. In addition, she holds a prominent position as a member of the teacher council for InsightLA, a testament to her remarkable commitment to mindfulness. Furthermore, she serves as a faculty member and mentor for Compassionate Inquiry®.
